Air Fryer Cookbook 250 Everyday Vegan Recipes Shon Brooks 9781794533943 Books Reviews

  • As for me, I wanted less basic and more exciting recipes that's why I gave this cookbook away to my brother. Currently, he's at the very beginning of his vegan journey; that's why this cookbook will work correctly for him. Any new kitchen appliance is fun, but it looks like air fryer is the most fabulous fun of them all. It helps you cook your foods – something quite similar to the deep-oil frying – without using a drop of oil. I was a little skeptical about the possibility of baking air fried deserts, but it looks like there's very little you can't prepare in your air fryer.
  • Most of the recipes are simply made from scratch. As for me, it's a positive fact since I've been looking for a cookbook that will be able to teach me how to cook, not to redo prepackaged frozen foods. Shon has really broken down the art of air frying – these recipes have clear and concise explanations on how the air frying should be done. They look wonderfully easy and delicious and even have the nutritional info listed for each recipe. There are typos every here and there in this cookbook but I would not pay major attention to them since they affect the accuracy of instructions in no way.
  • The author’s enthusiasm for vegan cooking shines from every single page of this cookbook. It’s not about healthy dishes, it’s about tasty foods and these recipes are written from the heart. Whether you’re a newbie or a veteran vegan, this cookbook will be incredibly helpful for you since it offers simple instructions, delicious variety of recipes and versatile air frying options. I just received my paperback copy and had very little time to familiarize myself with the e-book, but I’m going to make up for lost meals and cook at home from now on.
  • Every recipe is a healthy suggestion that can be easily modified to whatever cooking idea you need right now. Recipes are delicious and cruelty-free, since they are cooked at home, and you can be sure in the fine quality of them. Don't get greedy – it's not good to cook al the recipes you've fancied inside one week. Try slowly and patiently – you'll see how great it can be to have extra ideas in your pocket.
  • I've been meaning to cook through these recipes one by one but then decided to pick the ones I would like to try first, and begin my cooking journey with them. This way we've tried about half a dozen recipes already, including breakfasts, desserts and poultry. My spouse loved Tofu Casserole, my personal choice is Mexican CAsserole and Creamy Corn. You can't go wrong with these recipes - they are easy and delicious! If you're a newbie in the kitchen, this is exactly what you need to stay healthy and well-fed.
  • Although these things have been said an enormous amount of times before, the recipes are well-written and easy to follow. Winter Green Beans and Moroccan Eggplant are unbelievably tasty! My kids hate eggplants, and even they ate them this time. I've only had this cookbook a week, and have already done about a dozen recipes. Way to go now, since we picked the most interesting offers, and there are about a hundred of them in here, if not more. Quick and delicious meals – go try some of them, I'm sure you will be pleased just the way I was.
  • I liked the overall idea of this cookbook – air frying and vegan lifestyle doesn’t meet that often. I decided to buy this cookbook in version since I already have a paperback which was gifted to me by a sister of mine. If you’re someone who doesn’t do a whole lot of cooking but still wants to learn all the basics, get this recipe book, it will teach you how to deal with your air fryer and various veggies.
  • Shon Brooks seems to be a talented writer and a vegan culinary expert when it comes to air fryer cooking. I have a number of his cookbooks and decided to get this one too when surfing the 's vegan recipe books. I've had an air fryer for a long time now, and it's hard to say it has been my favorite appliance through the years but now I think I will give it more attention considering the delicious and easy recipes this book has to offer. So far I've tried about seven recipes, and Cocoa Brownies are the ones I liked the most. Creamy Zucchinis have been great too.
